I know a lot of people are going to be doing this but it has to be done. You might have not known but many people close to me would have known I LOVED Amy Winehouse. Her music is so timeless and as a young girl, even though I couldn't directly relate to the lyrics I still connected with her music.
Right here is two of my favourite songs not just of her but in terms of my music loving history. When you listen to the lyrics between the horns, soul and jazz vibe you completely understand the life she led at that moment in time. Its sad that such a beautiful musical genius had to come from a place of pain.
